(1) acceptance or payment of hourly rates or callouts fees agreements constitutes reading and acceptance of these terms and conditions. (2) For tax purposes, the client must ensure that all payments regarding invoices or quotes subjected to hourly rate or callouts fees is in the name of the intended entity responsible for payment. (3) The end client is primarily responsible and liable for payment of invoices or quotes subjected to hourly rate or callouts fees should the appointed agents fail to honour the terms. (4) Hourly rates are dependent on required skill and intellectual knowledge required to fulfil the job on hand (5) Hourly rates can be priced, quoted or invoiced differently depending on required skill and intellectual knowledge required to fulfil the job on hand (6) Hourly rates and callouts prices remain subject to USD-ZA exchange rate fluctuations and fluctuations in petrol prices and can change at any given moment without notice.
